Taxonomy
Richterarges facetus was named by Campbell and Chatterton (2007). Its type specimen is UA 10278, a pygidium, and it is a cast. Its type locality is Fauna x, Section AV5, Delorme Fm., Mackenzie Mts., which is in a Wenlock slope limestone/shale in the Delorme Formation of Canada.
