Taxonomy
Holmia grandis was named by Kiaer (1917). It is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Holmia fauna, Tomten [Sparagmite Fm], which is in a Botomian deep subtidal shale/sandstone in the Ringstrand Formation of Norway.
