Araripeneura crassatella
Taxonomy
Caririneura crassatella was named by Martins-Neto and Vulcano (1997). Its type specimen is CV-2461, an exoskeleton, and it is a compression fossil. Its type locality is Crato (Vulcano collection), which is in an Aptian lacustrine - large carbonate in the Crato Formation of Brazil.
It was recombined as Araripeneura crassatella by Makarkin et al. (2018).
