Protohymen carpenteri
Taxonomy
Pseudohymen carpenteri was named by Novokshonov (1995). Its type specimen is PIN 1700/4153, an exoskeleton (complete insect), and it is an impression. Its type locality is Chekarda, Sylva River (PIN collection 1700), which is in a Kungurian deltaic siliciclastic in the Koshelevka Formation of the Russian Federation.
It was recombined as Protohymen carpenteri by Pecharová and Prokop (2018).
