Pentasaurus goggai
Taxonomy
Pentasaurus goggai was named by Kammerer (2018). It is not extant. Its type specimen is NHMW 1876-VII-B-114, a mandible. Its type locality is Barnard's Spruit, Aliwal North (zone A/5), which is in a Norian/Rhaetian terrestrial horizon in the Elliot Formation of South Africa. It is the type species of Pentasaurus.
