Vini sinotoi (Sinoto's lorikeet)
Taxonomy
Vini sinotoi was named by Steadman and Zarriello (1987). Its type specimen is BPBM 162590, a set of limb elements (tarsometatarsus), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Hane Site, Area A, Layer IV, Ua Huka, which is in a Holocene terrestrial horizon in French Polynesia.
