Rallus ibycus (lesser Bermuda rail)
Taxonomy
Rallus ibycus was named by Olson and Wingate (2000). Its type specimen is UF PB5403, a maxilla (premaxillary symphysis), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Crane Crevice, Government Quarry, which is in a Pleistocene fissure fill siliciclastic in Bermuda.
