Diagnosis
ReferenceDiagnosis
P. Penkalski 2018Differs from A. lambei in having broader-based squamosal horns, a fan-shaped nasal plate, in lacking the four symmetric postnasal scales, in having a more prominent coronoid process, and possibly in the triangular unguals. Differs from Dyoplosaurus in having less pronounced doming of the frontal skull roof and better defined postfrontal and nuchal scales. Differs from other euoplocephalins in having relatively flat, subcircular medial h.r.1 osteoderms with a low caudal prominence and in having complex pyramidal laterals on h.r.1.
