Taxonomy
Leclercera ellenbergeri was named by Wunderlich (2015). Its type specimen is F2449/BU/CJW, an exoskeleton, and it is an inclusion in amber. Its type locality is Burmese amber (Wunderlich collection), which is in a Cenomanian terrestrial amber in Myanmar.
It was recombined as Priscaleclercera ellenbergeri by Wunderlich (2017), Magalhaes et al. (2021).
