Diagnosis
ReferenceDiagnosis
S. Albrich et al. 2015 Following the authors of the Order Loftusiida, it includes all agglutinated foraminifera with coiled arrangement of chambers in early stage, that later may be uncoiled, and with complex exoskeleton. The simple forms with the same chamber arrangement are grouped in the Order Lituolida LANKESTER, 1885. Therefore, in the future, further studies are needed to explore the relationship between taxa included in both orders.
