Jiangxia chaotoensis
Taxonomy
Jiangxia chaotoensis was named by Zhang et al. (1979). Its type specimen is V5037, a mandible, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Chijiang Basin (general), which is in a Paleocene terrestrial mudstone in the Chijiang Formation of China. It is the type species of Jiangxia.
