Nitoraeopsis mixta
Taxonomy
Nitoraeopsis mixta was named by Kirejtshuk and Nel (2018). Its type specimen is MNT Nel 2978, an exoskeleton, and it is a compression fossil. Its type locality is Menat (MNT collection), which is in a Selandian crater lake diatomite in the Menat Formation of France. It is the type species of Nitoraeopsis.
