Taxonomy
Steropes eleticinoides was named by Telnov and Bukejs (2019). Its type specimen is LDM G 404/ 78, an exoskeleton, and it is an inclusion in amber. Its type locality is Baltic Amber, Latvian Natural History Museum LDM collection, which is in a Priabonian terrestrial amber in Lithuania.
