Propiestus archaicus
Taxonomy
Propiestus archaicus was named by Yamamoto et al. (2018). Its type specimen is FMNHINS-3741462, an exoskeleton, and it is an inclusion in amber. Its type locality is Burmese amber, Kachin amber (FMNH coll), which is in a Cenomanian terrestrial amber in Myanmar. It is the type species of Propiestus.
