Lophocyon paraskevaidisi
Taxonomy
Lophocyon paraskevaidisi was named by Koufos et al. (1995). Its type specimen is THB-1, a mandible (Mandible with I3 - M2 dex and P4-M2 sin), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Thymiana B, which is in a Miocene terrestrial sandstone in the Keramaria Formation of Greece.
