Presbytis melalophos sumatrana was named by Müller and Schlegel (1841) [This is NOT the original combination. Please fix. MDU 04/10/2018]. It is extant.

It was recombined as Semnopithecus sumatranus by Müller and Schlegel (1841); it was recombined as Presbytis sumatrana by Burgin et al. (2018).
