Oleoxylon deccanensis
Taxonomy
Oleoxylon deccanensis was named by Trivedi and Srivastava (1981). It is not extant. Its type specimen is BSIP 40570, a wood. Its type locality is Jhiriya near Mohgaon Kalan, which is in a Paleogene fluvial horizon in the Deccan Intertrappean Formation of India.
It was corrected as Oleoxylon deccanense by Wheeler et al. (2017).
