Plagiura extensa
Taxonomy
Plagiura extensa was named by Palmer and Halley (1979). It is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Groom Range, Carrara Fm, Red Pass Limestone Mbr. (USGS 3691-CO), which is in a Delamaran shallow subtidal lime mudstone in the Carrara Formation of Nevada.
