Taxonomy
Antiquiala snyderae was named by Archibald and Cannings (2019). Its type specimen is SR 08-10-08A,B, a hindwing, and it is a compression fossil. Its type locality is Republic, locality B4131, which is in a Ypresian lacustrine - large mudstone in the Klondike Mountain Formation of Washington. It is the type species of Antiquiala.
