Taxonomy
Cratovitisma cortexi was named by Sendi (2018). Its type specimen is LU 1627, a nymph, and it is an inclusion in amber. Its type locality is Lebanese amber, Mdeyrij-Hammana (LU collection), which is in a Barremian terrestrial amber in Lebanon.
