Saloumia gorodiskii
Taxonomy
Saloumia gorodiskii was named by Tabuce et al. (2020). Its type specimen is MNHN.F.MCA 1, a tooth, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is M'Bodione Dadere, which is in a Lutetian shallow subtidal packstone in the Lumachelle calcaire marin Formation of Senegal. It is the type species of Saloumia.
