Taxonomy
Xestobium michalskii was named by Háva and Zahradník (2020). Its type specimen is JHAC 5390, an exoskeleton, and it is an inclusion in amber. Its type locality is Baltic amber, Gdansk, Jiri Hava collection, which is in a Priabonian terrestrial amber in Poland.
