Taxonomy
Epibrachylepas newmani was named by Gale (2014). Its type specimen is NHM IC 858 and is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Röper lens, Ivö Klack, which is in a Campanian open shallow subtidal packstone in Sweden.
