Taxonomy
Yokoyamaella (Yokoyamaella) kurohime was named by Minato and Kato (1965). Its type specimen is UHR 18151 and is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Summit of Mt. Kurohime, Omi-cho, which is in an Artinskian/Kungurian carbonate limestone in the Omi Limestone Formation of Japan.
