Taxonomy
Yokoyamaella (Maoriphyllum) minense was named by Minato and Kato (1965). It is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Locality III 62, Shiraiwa, Ominemura, Mine-gun, which is in a Capitanian carbonate limestone in Japan.
