Taxonomy
Pseudocupressocrinus senessei was named by Valette (1934). It is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Chemin de Cugurou, Bugarach, Aude, which is in a Coniacian foreshore rudstone in France.
It was recombined as Cyathidium senessei by Rasmussen (1961), Hess and Messing (2011).
