Taxonomy
Ditysparedrus obscurus was named by Vitali and Legalov (2020). Its type specimen is ISEA MA2019/3, an exoskeleton, and it is an inclusion in amber. Its type locality is Burmese amber (ISEA Novosibirsk coll), which is in a Cenomanian terrestrial amber in Myanmar.
