Taxonomy
Tenuicrus magnum was named by Harrison and Walker (1976). It is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Hordle Cliff (generic, non-specific locality), which is in an Eocene marine horizon in the Headon Beds Formation of the United Kingdom. It is the type species of Tenuicrus, Kashinia.
It was recombined as Kashinia magna by Mlikovsky (2002).
