Alicornops alfambrense

Taxonomy
Aceratherium alfambrense was named by Cerdeño and Alcalá (1989). It is not extant. Its type specimen is MNCN RO 318/211, a partial skeleton. Its type locality is La Roma 2, which is in a MN 10 terrestrial claystone in the Alfambra Formation of Spain.

It was recombined as Alicornops alfambrense by Cerdeño and Alcalá (1989) and Cerdeno (1992).
