Distenorrhinus (Buryatnemonyx) ovatus

Taxonomy
Distenorrhinus (Distenorrhinus) ovatus was named by Gratshev and Legalov (2014). Its type specimen is PIN 5026/39, an exoskeleton, and it is a compression fossil. Its type locality is Khasurty (PIN collection 5026), which is in an Aptian lacustrine - small siliciclastic in the Russian Federation.

It was recombined as Distenorrhinus (Buryatnemonyx) ovatus by Kopylov et al. (2020), Legalov (2025).
