Paleoendeitoma tuberculata was named by Bullis (2020). Its type specimen is PRI78113, an exoskeleton, and it is an inclusion in amber. Its type locality is Burmese amber (PRI collection), which is in a Cenomanian terrestrial amber in Myanmar.
