Archaeaspis nelsoni
Taxonomy
Archaeaspis nelsoni was named by Lieberman (2002). Its type specimen is LACMIP 7371, a partial skeleton (partial cephalon and thorax), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is UCLA loc. 6748, which is in a Montezuman marine horizon in the Campito Formation of California.
