Taxonomy
Pseudomesauletes (Pseudomesauletes) lobanovi was named by Bukejs and Legalov (2021). Its type specimen is MAIG 6701, an exoskeleton, and it is an inclusion in amber. Its type locality is Baltic Amber (University of Gdansk MAI collection), which is in a Priabonian terrestrial amber in Poland.
