Excorbula parkyi
Taxonomy
Excorbula parkyi was named by Squires and Saul (2004). Its type specimen is LACMIP 13115 and is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is CIT loc. 1007, Oak Run, which is in a Coniacian coastal siliciclastic in the Redding Formation of California. It is the type species of Excorbula.
