Tenebragrion shermani
Taxonomy
Tenebragrion shermani was named by Bechly et al. (2020). Its type specimen is FOBU17649a-b, an exoskeleton, and it is a compression fossil. Its type locality is 7 miles west of Kemmerer (18-inch layer), which is in a Wasatchian lacustrine - large shale in the Green River Formation of Wyoming. It is the type species of Tenebragrion.
