Glaphyrophlebia rossica
Taxonomy
Sindon rossicum was named by Martynov (1931). Its type specimen is PIN 2295/113, a tegmen (fragment of a wing), and it is an impression. Its type locality is Tikhie Gory (PIN collection 2295), which is in a Roadian lagoonal claystone in the Baitugan Formation of the Russian Federation.
It was recombined as Glaphyrophlebia rossicum by Carpenter (1966); it was synonymized subjectively with Glaphyrophlebia subcostalis by Hörnschemeyer and Stapf (2001); it was recombined as Glaphyrophlebia rossica by Aristov and Rasnitsyn (2021).
