Petropterix fukuiensis
Taxonomy
Petropterix fukuiensis was named by Oyama et al. (2022). Its type specimen is FPDM-I-1554-1, a forewing, and it is a compression fossil. Its type locality is Site 1, Kitadani Dinosaur Quarry, which is in an Aptian fluvial siliciclastic in the Kitadani Formation of Japan.
