Taxonomy
Perognathoides bidahochiensis was named by Baskin (1979). Its type locality is White Cone, which is in a Hemphillian terrestrial horizon in the Bidahochi Formation of Arizona.
It was recombined as Cupidinimus bidahochiensis by Korth (1979), Barnosky (1986).
