Neochorlakkia myaingensis
Taxonomy
Neochorlakkia myaingensis was named by Ducrocq et al. (2022). Its type specimen is MFP-PK2-2019-003, a tooth (isolated right m3), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Pk2, Pondaung Sandstone, which is in a Bartonian terrestrial sandstone/siliciclastic in the Pondaung Formation of Myanmar. It is the type species of Neochorlakkia.
