Eurypterus oklahomensis
Taxonomy
Eurypterus oklahomensis was named by Decker (1938). It is not extant. Its type specimen is Holotype, Univ. Oklahoma, Mus. Paleontology, no. A 16,301; mold of holotype, no. A 16,302. Its type locality is 1 mile SE of Red Rock, which is in an Artinskian terrestrial sandstone in the Wellington Formation of Oklahoma.
It was synonymized subjectively with Adelophthalmus sellardsi by Kjellesvig-Waering (1958).
