Novaboilus ovatus
Taxonomy
Novaboilus ovatus was named by Gu et al. (2022). Its type specimen is CNU-ORT-NN2006070, a forewing, and it is a compression fossil. Its type locality is Daohugou (CNU 2006 collection), which is in a Callovian/Oxfordian lacustrine - large shale in the Daohugou Formation of China.
