Callistemonites indicus
Taxonomy
Callistemonites indicus was named by Bande et al. (1986). It is not extant. Its type locality is Ghughua, Shahpura, which is in a Paleogene fluvial horizon in the Deccan Intertrappean Formation of India. It is the type species of Callistemonites.
