Callistemonoxylon deccanensis
Taxonomy
Callistemonoxylon deccanensis was named by Bande et al. (1986). Its type specimen is BSIP 35584, a wood, and it is a 3D fossil preserving soft parts. Its type locality is Ghughua, Shahpura, which is in a Paleogene fluvial horizon in the Deccan Intertrappean Formation of India.
