Lemureops kilbeyi
Taxonomy
Lemureops kilbeyi was named by McAdams and Adrain (2009). Its type specimen is SUI 110162, a cephalon/head (cranidium), and it is a cast. Its type locality is H-191.7, which is in a Blackhillsian open shallow subtidal packstone/wackestone in the Fillmore Limestone Formation of Utah. It is the type species of Lemureops.
