Taxonomy
Drevermannia calamicensis was named by Hahn and Müller (1991). Its type specimen is Freiwangen Coll. M 1333ab and is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Cala Mica I, north coast of Menorca Isle, which is in an Asbian marine mudstone in Spain.
It was recombined as Menorcaspis calamicensis by Gandl et al. (2015).
