Taxonomy
Cyrtosymbole (Waribole) granulata was named by Osmólska (1962). Its type specimen is IG 172.II.31, a cephalon/head (cranidium), and it is a 3D body fossil.

It was recombined as Waribole granulata by Lemke (2020).
