Bengalia raniganjensis
Taxonomy
Bengalia raniganjensis was named by Maheshwari et al. (1988). It is not extant. Its type locality is Damra Colliery, East Raniganj Coalfield, which is in a Lopingian fluvial-lacustrine horizon in the Raniganj Formation of India. It is the type species of Bengalia.
