Müller et al. 2021 | The typical subgenus of Namuropyge with the following characters: Marginal border of cephalon covered with mostly two rows, rarely only one row of spines, placed one upon the other. Glabella with three or four spines. Pygidium long to shortened, mostly with four, seldom with five pairs of ribs. Anterior bands of ribs lengthened spine-like. Anterior band of fourth pair of ribs enlarged and lengthened into an extremely long spine. |
