Taxonomy
Eognosippus fahrenheitiana was named by Dunlop et al. (2023). It is extant. Its type specimen is MAIG 7000, an exoskeleton. Its type locality is Baltic Amber (University of Gdansk MAI collection), which is in a Priabonian terrestrial amber in Poland. It is the type species of Eognosippus.
