Palaeoscapha tunguskaensis
Taxonomy
Palaeoscapha tunguskaensis was named by Kirejtshuk et al. (2023). Its type specimen is PIN 2757/1, an exoskeleton, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Untuun (PIN collection 2757), which is in a Changhsingian/Induan terrestrial siliciclastic in the Russian Federation. It is the type species of Palaeoscapha.
